Argo Gold Mine, Mill and Museum is off I-70 exit 241A to 2350 Riverside Dr. Guided 45-minute tours begin at the Double Eagle Mine (a hand-dug gold mine), continue through the gold- and silver-processing levels of this late 19th-century mill and conclude in the Clear Creek Mining Museum. Georgetown Loop Railroad
Georgetown Loop Railroad departs from the Devil's Gate station (I-70 Georgetown exit 228) and Silver Plume station (I-70 Silver Plume exit 226). Passengers travel on a historic train over Devil's Gate High Bridge and through silver mining country with views of the Rocky Mountains. A tour of the Lebanon Silver Mine is available.
