Visiting Denver Metro Area

Denver, the Mile-High City at 5,280 feet in elevation, sits at the foothills of the Rocky Mountains. The Colorado state capital and also the state's largest city, Denver is alive for summer. Jazz lovers add July 23rd through 25th to your calendar for Denver's Evergreen Jazz Festival. A world class event featuring top local, regional and national jazz performances. In addition to the music, there are free dance lessons every day. The daily schedule includes multiple venues with a variety of concerts to enjoy. Denver's Rocky Mountain setting is ideal for a weekend of Jazz and fun.

Athletes can challenge their stamina August 7th at the 2010 Creek Streak Tri-Du- Run. Races are held just east of Denver in Aurora at Cherry Creek Reservoir. Events include two traditional triathlon events of different difficulties, a run-bike-run duathlon, and 5k run – something for all ages and abilities – come put your summer exercise regime to the test!
